Mutton gravy/ Mutton masala / Mutton curry


  Mutton gravy recipe is very simple and easy to make.  It is very delicious and the mutton so soft and tender. 

   This mutton gravy requires slow cooking on low flame to retain its moisture and tenderness.

Ingredients:
 
Mutton- 1/2 kg
Oil- 2 tablespoon 
Cinnamon- 1
Cloves- 2
Bay leaf-1
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Redchilli powder-1 tablespoon 
Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon 
Mutton masala powder-1 tablespoon 
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon 
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon 
Greenchilli (small)- 6 nos 
Coconut milk- 1 cup 
Coriander leaves. 

PREPARED BY MUTTON GRAVY:-

Step by step: 


 I make this mutton gravy in a pressure cooker , heated oil 2 tablespoon.
 

Then, cinnamon, cloves, Bay leaf added heated oil in splutter. 



Now added onion and tomatoes. 


Mix well,  onion and tomatoes cooking softly. 

Next add redchilli powder. 


Then, adding ginger garlic paste. 


Mix well.


Next adding Mutton masala powder. 


Mix well and cooking masala's  raw smell going.


clean and washing mutton. 


Adding mutton in a pressure cooker.
 


Mix mutton with the masala. 



Next adding salt and greenchilli.
 
Next adding turmeric powder.


Once again, adding coconut milk. 


Mix well. 



Close the pressure cooker with lid and cook for  4 whistles on medium flame.


All air pressure release for open pressure cooker. 



Last ,adding coriander leaves.
      Tempting  mutton gravy ready 😋😋


Cooking very soft and tasty.


Serve Mutton gravy with rice, paratha,chappathi, Idiyappam.
