  Mutton gravy recipe is very simple and easy to make.  It is very delicious and the mutton so soft and tender.      This mutton gravy requires slow cooking on low flame to retain its moisture and tenderness. Course: Main dish  Cuisine : Indian  Prep Time: 5 mins Cooking Time :25 mins Total Time: 30 mins. Ingredients:   Mutton- 1/2 kg Oil- 2 tablespoon  Cinnamon- 1 Cloves- 2 Bay leaf-1 Onion-1 Tomato-1 Redchilli powder-1 tablespoon  Ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon  Mutton masala powder-1 tablespoon  Salt- 1/2 teaspoon  Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon  Greenchilli (small)- 6 nos  Coconut milk- 1 cup  Coriander leaves.  PREPARED BY MUTTON GRAVY:- Step by step:    I make this mutton gravy in a pressure cooker , heated oil 2 tablespoon.   Then, cinnamon, cloves, Bay leaf added heated oil in splutter.  Now added onion and tomatoes.  Mix well,  onion and tomatoes cooking softly.  Next add redchilli po

Peanut katli is very easy Fireless cooking for sweet recipe.  Ingredients: Peanut- 1 cup Sugar- 1/2 cup Salt- 1/4 teaspoon  Milk- 2 tablespoon  Ghee.  Cooking Time: 5 minutes.     PREPARED BY STEP BY STEP:  First 1/2 cup sugar grinding mixi. Ready for powdered sugar.  Then, 1 cup roasted peanut grinding in pulse mode. Peanut powder is ready.  Then, bowl is added peanut powder.  Adding powdered sugar.  Next,  adding 1/4 teaspoon salt.  Mix well.   Once,  adding 2tablespoon milk.  Mix well.  Kneading chappathi dough. Ghee greece for chappathi maker.  Cut the slices. Perfect slices.  Ready for peanut katli.
